today was spent baking cookies with mom.2.25 cups of plain flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
0.5 teaspoon of salt
and mix
185g of butter
1 cup brown sugar
0.5 cup castor sugar
0.5 tablespoon of rum
beat in mixer till creamy
then add in 2 eggs, mix
add in the flour
we added marshmellows and chocolate chips
and nuts(almonds and walnuts) to ours
lace tray with baking paper
oven temp at 180 deg C
8 mins for softer cookies
10 for harder ones
